Returns
For numerous reasons returns are inevitable. We undertake data cleansing, such as deleting “goneaways” and re-sending any items the carrier couldn’t deliver. We contact customers directly to resolve delivery issues, and any returned goods will be handled according to your instructions, from refunds and exchanges to replacements.
