Mailmarketing has been involved with the fulfilment, response handling and membership database of this brand for the last 12 years, and has been involved in many campaigns not only to the UK market, but also to worldwide markets.
Applications from prospective members are received both offline and online. mailmarketing are responsible for the data capture of the offline applications, which are in different formats and also derive from different sources. mailmarketing have set up a dedicated P.O. Box number, telephone number and email address.
For the online applications, mailmarketing are responsible for receiving data feeds from the websites from prospective members. On a weekly basis we will merge the data from all sources, de-duplicate the data against the central database to prevent duplicate memberships, issue membership numbers and despatch the appropriate welcome packs.
Data uploads are uploaded to the database management company on request, with the data being formatted to their specification.
