Mailmarketing currently have a dedicated leased line to the clients' call centre, which allows an operator to create a document then to have it printed to our printers, and in turn fulfilled and despatched by mailmarketing. This is managed by streaming the data into queues, of which there are 85 different packs, and these are then sent to the printer. Packs can consist of up to 12 A4 letters, leaflets and brochures that are all hand fulfilled due to the complexity.

There is a full audit trail throughout the process, with the client receiving bounce back reports that allow them to track when a particular document was received by mailmarketing and then also printed by mailmarketing. Internally mailmarketing has an audit system in place that allows each batch to be tracked from receipt to despatch. mailmarketing send audit reports daily.
