For this client mailmarketing operate a contract to print and fulfil their monthly customer statements. This involves downloading a monthly file, via a client secure file transfer, which mailmarketing then data manipulate into 9 file types.
At the start of the contract mailmarketing were required to redesign the customer statements, as they were unhappy with their current format. Not only were they difficult to understand, but also the client was limited in what they were actually able to change in their previous format. Mailmarketing worked closely with them to ensure that they were happy with not only the appearance of their statements, but that the information contained within them was accurate.
The new statement makes use of variable text throughout so the messages on each statement were targeted to each customer.
All statements have a print and despatch turnaround time of 3 days.
